REQUIREMENT QUALIFICATIONS

-          At least bachelor degree in civil engineering or equivalent

-          Must be registered with the engineering registered board

-          At least 3 years experience in civil constructions industry  or civil work in Telecom industry

-          Ability to influence others to accomplish project objectives though they report to others

-          Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timeliness under significant pressure
